Biography:
Prior to founding Pelton Serpe LLP, Mr. Pelton worked as an associate in the New York office of one of the nations 100 largest law firms. Mr. Pelton's practice focused on directors and officers liability claims arising out of corporate transactions and allegations of securities fraud. Mr Pelton also defended professional liability, employment and negligence claims while providing coverage and litigation advise for stock option backdating, late trading and market timing, and major securities litigation. Mr. Pelton has defended and/or advised New York insurance, construction, real estate lending and professional services companies and is dedicated to using that experience to better resolve your legal needs.
